Denny Walsh
Denny has been in the tenant-representation business for nearly 20 years and has worked on hundreds of deals ranging from 500 s.f. to 250,000 s.f. With the experience Denny has in the market, he has enabled his clients to make the right deals in leases, build-to-suits and purchases of office space, warehouse, tech, retail and medical space. Denny received his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in consumer science with a minor in real estate. When not doing real estate deals you can find Denny skiing, scuba diving or just hanging out with his wife Amanda and their two sons. |

Steve Rose aka "Rosie"
Steve has been in the commercial real estate business with Walsh Partners for 12 years. With all that experience he has the expertise needed to put the right people together to make tenant deals work. Steve has a B.S. in business marketing from the University of St. Thomas. You will often find Steve at his cabin in Pequot Lakes where he enjoys fishing, golf and hanging out with his wife and 3 kids. |

Jamie H. Wellik
Jamie has helped pull together and negotiate facilities and construction
projects for institutional and start-up clients for over 15 years. With a
sharp focus on the bottom line, Jamie’s main goal is to maximize results and
represent the long-term interests of his clients. He has demonstrated this
ability in dozens of leases, built-outs, and build-to-suit deals throughout
the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota averaging over $1 million. Jamie has a
B.A. in Political Science from Carleton College as well as a Master’s in
International Relations. He enjoys time at home with his wife and daughters. |

Bob Olson
Bob has been with Walsh Partners since 1994, and has been a key player
in hundreds of transactions representing tenants throughout the Twin
Cities. Over the years he has found no two transactions are exactly
alike and that market information is the key to successful real estate
decisions and negotiations. His experience and knowledge of our ever
expanding commercial real estate market, coupled with a degree in Public
Administration for City Management, has allowed him to develop numerous
research and negotiating skills and techniques to effectively represent
businesses of all sizes. He has exclusively represented tenants
securing space ranging from 500 to over 25,000 square feet. Serving for
more than 22 years as a Combat Engineer Officer in the United States
Army Reserve, Bob also served 18 months in Afghanistan in 2004, where he
came to truly appreciate his Minnesota home and the American business
climate. |
